Q: What is Shawtout.com?
A: Shawtout.com is a platform that connects fans with their favorite celebrities through personalized video greetings.

Customer FAQs

Q: How much does it cost for a Shawtout?
A: The prices are set by the celebrities themselves, so it varies. They are all listed up-front, so you pay exactly what it says on the website. There are no hidden or additional charges.

Q: How do I request for a Shawtout?
A: Simply browse around our categories, or use our awesome search engine to look for your favorite celebrity. Once you find the one you want, go to their Shawtout page and fill out the request form. Proceed through checkout and you’re done!

Q: After submitting my Shawtout request, can I still edit my request?
A: You can go back to change your request at any point before completing checkout. Once you complete checkout however, you won’t be able to edit it yourself. We may be able to do something about it as long as the celebrity hasn’t confirmed the request on their end. Feel free to contact support.

Q: How long will it take for the Shawtout request to be completed?
A: The celebrity has up to seven days to fulfill requests (but it normally shouldn’t take that long). Should there be any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible! Please note that some of our Talents do require lead times.

Q: Am I guaranteed to get my Shawtout request?
A: All requests are checked by Shawtout Team for compliance with our Terms of Service. If your request is valid, it is sent to the celebrity to have your personalized greeting made (yay!). The celebrity then has a minimum of seven (7) days to deliver your Shawtout request.

Q: How will I receive my Shawtout once it’s completed?
A: A notification email will be sent with the download link to the Shawtout video. You can also access your Shawtout videos anytime on your account page, as part of your order history.

Q: What if my Shawtout request is not fulfilled?
A: In the event that we are not able to fulfill your request, we will notify you via your registered email. You will have the option to choose another Talent to fulfill your request.
